As I Ps4 pro player, I couldn't even imagine the graphics on PC.

Its one of the rare games that I really felt the graphics were truly next generation.

the thing that carries it is the art style imo. every scene looks like a painting and it's beautiful, even if it's not that impressive on a technical level.

Are you playing it on low settings or something? Because on high with all the AA and stuff cranked up it looks great. The models are a little off though, I will admit. They have these weird faces. Like if you just showed me a pic of a GTAO character's face with no context I could easily guess what game it's from.
