>tfw you realize that nation leaders are literally just gamers, but instead of using toys they use units made of flesh and blood

I was going to say Gary Grigsby's War in the East, but I guess Stalin already knew what he was doing well enough. Maybe some WW1/Russian Civil War game to get the Polish-Soviet war right?

Modern Warfare

>just because his job involves war means he will play it in his leisure time as well
Fuck off. He might as just play JRPGs for all we know.

Are there any pro-ML JRPGs?

dota

only the best

Uhh all of them?
In FF7 you are a literal commie terrorist from the slums fighting against evil capitalist corporations who are ruining the planet.

Cringe

atwar online risk

he wouldn't play games, he'd just shitpost. dude used to love leaving little "annotations" in books he read that. And by annotations I mean dirty jokes, and wry observations.

Don't starve

He wouldn't, as he died in the 1950s, well before the first video game was created.

Imagine Stalin playing Doki Doki Literature Club

Cop

Like Stalin ever gave a shit about Socialism

He used it as a tool to get power and to stay in power. The term Stalinism exists for a reason and breaks with plenty of those nice utopian socialist worker ideals.

>Socialism in one country
Basicly means "THIS IS MINE FUCK OFF"

Fun fact: If Hitler survived till 95 he could have experienced SMB1 on the NES.

SMAC, specifically playing as Human Hive only

Video Game diversity is a product of Capitalism. Every single game would be made by the same god damned government run company if Stalin had a say in it. Holy Christ that would be awful.

Counter argument:There would be no microtransactions.

what diversity? every game nowadays is the same, everyone just desperately imitates what makes the most money

If there had been modern, more detailed and accurate wargames of WW2 available, the general staffs of the period would certainly have played those instead of the ones they had available: playing games was a part of the job and the only question is which game you'd play. Granted, I don't know if Stalin participated in wargaming exercises being the general secretary, but if he had had access to wargames containing future information, he'd surely have jumped at a chance to play them.

As a commie that joke made me laugh

Or gacha, or DRM, and games wouldn't be canceled nearly as often.

As a commie you should be killed by counter-revolutionaries.

t. CIA glow-in-the-dark

So WW2 was just a huge game and could have been avoided if real games and the Internet were available at that time?
>Ey adolf old friend how about a game of HOI?
>Again?? Josef you are crazy! This time without Italy LOL

>Videogame diversity is because of capitalism
Madden, cod, battlefield, truly diverse
Rude desu

In all seriousness, that's exactly the kind of thing he'd have the most interest in, given he was a well regarded poet and writer in general.

They make the most money so they are the most rewarded under capitalism

Well we know he wouldn't play anything with multiplayer, since the only modern nation that's comparable to the USSR under Stalin is North Korea and those cunts don't even have internet.

Was Stalin a genius or a retard?
After all those years i am still not sure.

>mother managed to put him into a school despite them having a poor peasant background
>one of the schools best students
>but also one of the biggest troublemakers
>got into marxism because the books were forbidden and it was cool to read them in secret clubs
>still left the school without finishing classes
>after the whole red revolution thing he did what he could to put his friends into powerful positions so he can take over after Lenin is dead
>at the end never followed any of Marx ideals and instead bankrolled the idea of socialism in one country as an attempt to stay in power
>pretty much paranoid all the time
>always in fear that someone might take his country away from him
>but still believed in Hitler and even punished/gulag'd his generals after they told him that Hitler started invading Russia because he couldn't believe it
>even though the whole deal of fascism is being anti-communist and Hitler has been very vocal about it for his entire career

What is Belarus like?

The Stalin Subway
Stalin VS Martians

Ask your mom.
Half of Belarus has fucked her.

Video games under capitalism are made for profit rather than for passion and genuine love of the art.
Under capitalism it is: quantity > quality
It is why modern video games are soulless, lack creativity, etc.

I wonder what hitler would think of Dragonball
Literally the premise of the series is golden warriors with blue eyes with an unstoppable will. Legendary warriors that are practically the strongest beings in the universe or at least has the potential to become
