Their service as a game store and game launcher is one of the worst in the business, it has nothing going for it and their business model revolves strictly around removing choices from consumers, both in terms of where games are available for purchase and what launchers you can use. They're trying to use exclusives to push people onto their store, when those people otherwise would not use the store at all (because the store is bad).
