I won't buy it until they translate all the countries and factions

They probably won't at this point, if you look at their steam page they had some dumb scheme going where "we'll translate more of the factions as we get more money!", obviously they didn't get enough money because they offered an incomplete product. Dumb as shit really, it shouldn't be much work for a competent translator. If you know how to pirate it, I'd do that instead.

they can just hire someone to translate whatever remains and raise the price of the game accordingly and I'll buy it

Have the players of LostTechnology ever played other vahren series?

I've played a couple, there's that one discord that has kinotake and halsburya machine translated, those were both pretty good. I've also tried that one that Youjo Senki's author or something was involved in, though not for very long as it wasn't translated, and gameplay seemed to be everything exploding as soon as it encounters a stiff breeze. Do you have any to recommend? I've considered google translating a few, though from experimenting it's pretty dubious, and I have no idea which are any good.

I was a little unsure if google translate was fucking with me, was the lizard faction leader a woman cursed to turn into a lizard who then married a lizard? It was a bit bizarre so I gave up and worked on the Empire's instead.
