Take aard and igni leveling, they'll help later against normal enemies and bosses as well. Take the perks that let you use oils and make potions, and beast knowledge to get drops. Besides that, anything that looks like a good choice will be good (more flat damage on attacks, % damage increases add up, % stats from endurance, etc.), the bad choices will be obviously bad.

I love that scene so much.
