Super metroid is great, but nowhere close to being a masterpiece. No game with physics, controls, and mechanics that bad can be flawless. Its music and world still hold up though.

The shooter section in 006-B is entirely why I dread that stage, that being said its not bad by itself, but it makes the stage so ungodly long

Re4 is an action horror, you spend more time gunning mofos and collecting dolla than in Re5 and 6
Re4 is a 7/10 game max.

While it is a good game fags like you praise it too highly, it's a shit representation of the series, it nearly killed the series so bad 5 had to retcon it to nothing more than a report briefly mentioned by a character that actually has input on the plot.

I've never played a game I'd consider 10/10. Even my favourite games have recognisable flaws that bring them down to a 9/10

With all possible mediums, I always have have "personal" 10/10s. I know they're not perfect, but they resonate with me in such a way that I give them that rating. Most of them I would give 9/10 easily without that bias too.
