Around the medieval ages there were plenty of accounts of marriages within the family but these accounts were mainly done by nobles and not the peasants. But considering Geralt and Co essentially live "off the grid" sorta speak. The only issue with this is the Morality of it and how it makes no sense lore wise for such characters to develop such romantic feelings for one another. As for the argument in the picture, it's clear this devolved into bringing ones own sense of morals into a video game where you can essentially cause the end of the witcher world.
