To be honest, even though 2006-2009 were part of the transition from the golden age to Shitworld, I have a soft spot for those years. Not just because of nostalgia, but the Internet during those years was overall pretty similar to the Internet of the late 90s/early 00s, as evidenced by videos like that.
Ideally, if we were to relive the Golden Age, there would be a crossover with Internet culture of the late 00s to complete it.
