I don't know why Playstation and Xbox exist, as hardware. Both platforms offer nothing unique, and all of their games would benefit from being on PC exclusively. The consoles themselves bring nothing except a trademarked logo. Nintendo is almost in the same boat, with the exception is the Switch is portable which gives it a unique value.
