It'll be less than $500. Half of those "specs" they announced lacked details. The RAM, for example, is probably 2200. The SSD is probably a Hybrid drive or a 64mb OS-only drive. The Zen is a scaled down model made for mobiles. The backwards compatibility has absolutely zero information released about how it works and potential extra fees or limitations.

No reason to doubt, user. For only $5 per game, you can play any of your PS4 games on the PS5. You just have to download the ported version from PS Online once the console verifies the original disc is present. Of course, PS Online also has a monthly fee. So relax. It's all good.

Currently, an enormous amount of effort is wasted on compressing and streaming assets seamlessly during gameplay. Easing memory restrictions would be an enormous help.
