The problem I have with them is that they don't have much of a connection to any class fantasy.

The best is Worgen hunters. That was a part of Genn's story, it mostly fits their aesthetics, but most class sets and weapons don't really fit them.

Everything else is just generic and doesn't really tie into their history or their looks as werewolves. Like they're supposed to be savage warriors, I can't see them using plate armor and using huge weapons. Rogues are okay too, but a lot of other races have stronger fantasies there.

They also have zero racial class organizations.

Really, they've just been doing nothing for years other than sit in the tree with the Nelves. I guess they were civilized in Stormheim and all, but whenever they show up in an organized way most of their civilized guys are actually human Gilneans and not Worgen, like in Darkshore where the Worgen are basically feral and mainly attack with their claws rather than weapons. That might be more because of the Bloodfang being there though.

I guess blizzard just decided generic beastmen were easier to write for. That's a bit disappointing.
