This. The New Order was a fantastic ending to the series. It was also the highest point of escalation. You wake up an Nazis rule the world and you struggle to get revenge on your nemesis, dying as you succeed.

New Colossus had no final boss, that alone was enough for me to not want it.

It's weird too since new order had a final boss... that the sequel doesn't.

I swear New Colossus' development must have been incredibly rushed. When you actually reach the end it feels like you've only played through 2/3's of the game. I mean, how do you hype up the fact that game takes place in a Nazi-controlled US, but not have a level where you shoot your way through Washington DC? Also the lack of a Nazi Las Vegas with huge neon swastikas is a big missed opportunity.
