Sounds about right for first time WN appearance.
I'd say to try and suppress him after you beat Binah because you're essentially forced to memrepo the day after beating him down.
Mountain, Melting, CENSORED, Orchestra are the easiest to beat down.

What's the strat for each of them? Or can you just indiscriminately deathball their asses into the ground?

Censored is easy if you have a good black armor + an employee with 100 insight, and once you get the weapon he gets really easy to manage due to the heals that the weapon provides
Deathball mountain, kite censored with a ranged weapon/sound of a star and kill all clerks to avoid baby spawns, dunno about the rest

For Mountain, just spam red damage on him and he drops like a fly before he can even attempt reaching second phase.
For Melting Love, she takes double damage from black weapons and she just so happens to provide an ALEPH one for you.
For CENSORED, have an agent with Mountain's armor be in very close range if you don't feel like kiting since he's a single-target fighter.
For Orchestra, if you got his tips you'll know what you need to do. Pale weapons absolutely shred him though.

Also close everything but the game and disable wifi while playing
Pause every once in a while, hyper zoomed in on something. Keep in mind that sometimes Pause will actually cause the memory usage to go UP, not down, and sometimes it went way down when I just left the whole facility idle, unpaused for a bit (obviously not something you can do if you have certain abnos). Check memory usage in Task Manager every once in a while. Sleep was just to let the laptop cool down.

I'll have to check it out after I finish getting the guts to use Day 49 as a practice day, but I wonder if it'll be possible to skip all of Geb's phases.

Judgeman is easy to work on if you have any ALEPH 1.0 Pale res armor or the KoD armor
Justitia is amazing so get the gear no matter what. Also he's not that strong so he's also excellent for the suppress WAW 5 times mission if you haven't done that yet. Also is extremely lenient with what he considers a "Good" work result so hard to break out unless they die.

Wolf, but Red has become almost as bad a monster as Wolf is in the process of trying to git gud to kill him.

Also Fetus in Extraction is the absolute worst place for it. In other places at least you have a chance for him to be in a department with tools and abnormalities that don't breach, or at the very least have the roulette pick a Clerk. Down there is only abnos and the roulette has no Clerks to pick from so he's guaranteed to kill an agent.

The core suppression are incredibly beneficial, you want to get them done as soon as possible, even if it means having to memrepo afterwards. At this point I'd say do as many as you can (Hod in the very least) (don't give up!) and then day 1. You'll have a much easier time getting caught back up afterwards.

Okay so, I'm in the 9th day, and everything is chill until I fill 3/4 of the required amount of boxes, from then on everything goes to shit. Some random anomaly appears out of nowhere (I.e 2 machines that start wondering in the facility killing everything they encounter) and sometimes one of the monsters randomly breaches out of their containment not too long after that.
Yes I have read the manual, but the only thing it tells me is to look at the defense and attack stats, but at the end of the day not everyone in my teams have the specifically needed stats to counter a monster, so they just end up dying one after another. And the fact that I have to deal with 2 at the same time at minimum just makes it impossible for me to play.
Should I just send the only employee that counters the monster even if that means he's going to fight alone? Or do I just throw all of my units against it?
Is there a specific reason as to why this happens? I tried the same day multiple times and the result is the same.
What do I do with the containments that guarantees one of my employees' death if researched (like the spider)?
Also I can do Memory Repository to day 6, should I just go suicidal and gather as many boxes as I can to have in my MR?
I have 4 employees in the information team and 4 in the control team BTW.

You haven't even told us what the 'monster' is. It sounds like a green ordeal, which you'd know all about if you'd ACTUALLY read the manual.
Throw everyone at it unless it's an ordeal that needs to be taken out quick and appears in multiple departments at once.

So this is my facility. The one that constantly posseses one of my employees is 0-04-08. And I don't even visit 0-04-100 and T-02-43 since those are a guaranteed suicide move.

All my 1-5 days worker ended up as posers. Yes, they had the highest tier weapons, but their skills where mediocre and they were so far away from everything that making them work was a chore. Meanwhile, all the new employees had to work daily on actually dangerous abnos instead of teth's and became naturals chads.

Most of my departments turned out having specialization for certain stats, so if someone needs something boosted I send them there until they’re V. After they’re V in everything I distribute wherever they’re needed or can easily get to their “pet” abnormalities. Only one person in Welfare at a time while I grind out Melty’s gear though.

She’s female. Unless I’m missing something, calling something fujo is absolutely meaningless if it has no relation to BL. Red can’t be in yaoi because she’s not a boy unless she’s genderbent, which is extremely ridiculously rare if not nonexistent.

Ok, so I got rid of those problems. It was as stupid as reading the whole manual instead of just the necessary at the moment. But now my problem is with the ordeals, I'm facing Doubt's ordeal, and I seem to have only one unit that can effectively damage them. while all the others get killed literally instantly. So my question now is, can I avoid Qliphoth Meltdowns in any way? or is there a way of getting rid of those doubt robots without fighting them head on?

The meltdown counter is the game’s way of punishing you for inefficiency/grinding, you can’t avoid it unless you outright refuse to or do nothing but waste LOB hiring people to send into the Iron Maiden. You can try and limit them by only working on TETHs and HEs (if you have any) since more energy per work means less required works, but as your quota increases the inevitability of Ordeals do, too.
Buy suits/weapons and equip it ASAP with a focus on non-Zayin gear for employees you like. Gather everyone in one spot except the person with the best red resist armor or enough HP to tank for a hit or two, who’s nearby. Send the “tank” to attack first, then send everyone else to deathball. Rinse and repeat one at a time, moving people as necessary to avoid surprise attacks.
