orc for sure. undead brings nothing to PVE, and the orc stun resist is great across the board.

I thought so, do u know a good build I should go for that works for both, since orc I'm guessing I should go something different then the standard sacrifice build because of the 5% pet damage racial and overall pet utility in pvps

Thing is, horde doesn't have the natural threat reduction that alliance does with that blessing, so you might have to go MD/Ruin. That was my build through MC and BWL
