Literally still the best combat and class system in any FF game.

6-7-8 were going for nice coherent dieselpunk universe.
Then 9 happened to cater to boomers, pissing off anyone who got into FF with one of the above.
Since then they're trying to balance fantasy and sci-fi resulting in a mess.
Xeno series handled it better.
