He keeps moving around for whatever reason. When he finally does stand still and hit the button it's too late, LB has a cast time of around 1 second, plus an animation of around 3 seconds before the actual damage goes out.

I played this when it came out. How does it differ now? I only got to around 35. The quests were brain dead easy, like worse than any other mmo i've ever played. I don't think I lost more than 25% of my health at the time and quests were completed with minimal effort. Also it was very story heavy and I didn't care at all about it so I skipped it, only the main missions would have me running around the world just to talk to people. Is it any better?

I think if you're new to the game you can almost completely ignore Louisoix's existence until the Twelve becomes relevant again

The role quests have a pretty shit/expected ending since most of us trannies are too stupid for anything other than overt plot devices

In fairness you don't really have much reason to care about Louisoix in 2.X, they don't talk about him much outside of Alisaie/Alphinaud and the origin of the Scions. The Calamity isn't explained all too well
