My wife's son's cousin's father's step-sister twice removed says that Capcom is working on Monster Hunter Portable 5, and it will be SWITCH EXCLUSIVE!!

Tick tock worldsperms! Iceborne will fail! We will have MH back soon!

>tfw eventually the switch will get an exclusive monster hunter but it will use GenU models and have all the QoL changes from world

This was in the old leak that predicted MHXX Switch and World, down to the Japanese title, so I wouldn't be surprised.

>when you call watering down the gameplay "quality of life changes"

you would only ever water down shit

PSP MH games had portable in their titles because they were released on Playstation Portable. MH3G, MH4 and MH4G were all released on 3DS and didn't have "portable" in their titles.

World QoL changes are shit

How can you switchbabbs still have hope?
Enjoy your MHXX lol

What are World's QoL changes?

You get punished for mistakes less because that's anti-fun

That's not a QoL change, that's a gameplay change.

Almost. HERE'S THE 4

>Not having to do an urgent quest multiple times in multiplayer
>Map not being segmented into loading screens
>Quests are simply scaled for single player and multiplayer instead of having two different questlines for both of them, which means you don't have to alternate between village and hub quests without fear of one becoming too easy with gear you got later into the other's
>Can eat at base camp instead of having to abandon if you forgot
>Actual hit markers instead of having to look at a weak spot chart and going by blood splatters
>Detailed monster bestiary that tells you what elements monsters are weak to instead of hoping the wiki can provide this information
>Proper analog aiming for bowguns
>Can do other things in the hub while you have a quest selected

>posting an April Fools leak

5s are for fags

Actual, genuine QoL changes made by World;
>Weapon testing area
>Material descriptions telling you which parts to break to get them
>More detailed monster information available in-game in general, so you have to rely on external sources for less
That sort of thing.
Also some of what said, but not all. Things like no loading screens are arguably the complete opposite of QoL thanks to how they were implemented.

>>Can eat at base camp instead of having to abandon if you forgot
Never did that in any game since P2G, never saw anyone online do that in GU.
Everything else is good enough.
Did they add more armor sets slots? Because 50 slots is too little.

8, In gay

in multiplayer it doesn't matter if you forget to eat but if you are solo hunting the time you save from getting the buffs is worth abandoning and eating

>Did they add more armor sets slots? Because 50 slots is too little.
yeah they're trying to make the endgame more in line with 4U and GU's

>Adding more navigable space to trudge through instead of just teleporting you between major map areas is a QoL change

>Getting mad about the map being bigger when there's fast traveling
based retard

You're assuming a lot. I said the removal of loading screens isn't a QoL change and if anything they make you put more work in to navigate them (at least until you factor in fast travel). I didn't say they were a bad thing.

>Posting an april fool's fake months later

>Waiting on a black screen is betetr than running through an area able to gather mats on the run

All gathered materials go right to your box, so you don't actually need to think about inventory management

How is that justified in the game's lore?

They don't. If you explore and kill enough your mat box will need emptied.

>Monster Hunter lore

Looks like a lazy edit of the DMCV logo.

That's only for post-quest collection. Collecting in the field makes it go to your materials pocket.
