Poppy definitely but Rumble moreso for me. They're not even particularly outstanding designs but they were two (among a couple) which I appealed to me in both character and kit. Both versions of Poppy for different reason and Rumble for his endearing scrappiness.
I still keep LoL installed to play a bot game with them once or twice a year.

It's actually not that great alot of the time sadly, in order for it to work you really have to hope the enemy hugs walls or sits in the bush alot to get a good e off. Always pick poppy into bard though you HARD counter him.

For me, it's Warwick, both pre-rework and post-rework. I love vigilantes, I love chaotic good, and I love werewolves. Only thing that really sucked about the rework is they removed Soraka and Warwick's lore together.

He's like 2-3 years old now. Maokai is still the big grumpy tree tank. Ivern is a support jungler that doesn't do damage to camps, he instead pacifies them (spends some HP and mana to set a shrine that slowly "cooks", once it's completed he just deletes them outright) and is supposed to be built as a support. Good for juggermaw comps and the like, sadly nobody plays him.

Overwatch's biggest problem is being a video game. They established a universe with more fleshed out character moments (even right down to how subtleties in the movement work reflect the character) than we have seen in a while but it being a video game means those establishments are all there is going to be of these characters for a very long time, or period. I don't know why there's tweets of Overwatch having an "Avengers" event when all we have are introductions that have taken years to come out. This universe would have flourished as a show/movie series.
