Couldn't think of another Yea Forums word for women?
Anyway, what's wrong with it?

thanks op, this is my new wallpaper

>BB could have looked this good and ran at a smooth 60fps if it was released for PC

it hurts...

>Can't wait for BB port to pc

>What went wrong
Too many armours based around "cloak and hat", could've used another DLC to expand on the ayy lmao themes, the story chalice dungeons are all fixed and boring, and the pvp system made itself effectively opt-in, so it didn't happen anywhere outside of the two exceptions.

Nothing you had your time in the sun light, i mean moon light and people moved on and remember it fondly.

PS4 exclusive

Nobody pvp's in Hunters Nightmare anymore

>What went wrong
not much desu the game feels a bit unfinished at some parts, but honestly it's a great game, especially on your first run
the combat is quick and fun, even if it's not that polished or detailed, the lore is interesting, it has an amazing style and world, visuals, if you're into this vibe the game is perfect, there are a lot of mysteries to think about when you're not playing it, a fucking great OST, some of the best bosses in the genre also some of the worst

I'm not saying it's the game of the decade or generation, but it is objectively great

Just finishing my first playthrough
Only have Orphan and the two endgame bosses to go, but decided to go do chalice dungeons because orphan was wrecking my shit.
Has a similar problem to ds2 in that a lot of the bosses amount to the same thing, in ds2 it was dudes in armour, in BB its writhing masses of flesh.
The lady Maria boss fight however is possibly my favourite of the series, both mechanically and in terms of atmosphere.

An entire gen later and still can't cope

The whole gem upgrade system favoring random chance to but that's more an issue of you cared about pop which we will ignore for the rest of this post.

Chalice dungeons could have been better, aside from that really nothing. Other than never getting a sequel on account of both From and Sony having to collaborate again. There is no way Japan Studio didn't have significant input into what we ended up with.

Bloodborne already is on pc with the playstation now thing.

Blood gems are exactly why chalice dungeons get stale, if you only *had* to to do each chalice type once they'd feel fine, but since you end up having to run them over and over to get better gems they run their course real soon

>PC hat
>asks for console port
what kinda retard made this?

Sekiro went wrong

yeah at even worse resolution, framerate and input lag

BB2 isn't out yet

I'm playing through it again and I can't get over how good it is. Just got to Oedon Chapel. Gonna clear out Old Yharnam later. Best game of this generation

it's got zero replay value. even worse than normal dark souls
>muh weapons
>muh "builds"
all feel the same in every souls game but in BB especially

This^possibly the most overrated souls game

Yea Forumsaginas
Is the word you're looking for.

Do you guys know that bb started as a PS3 title that was later remade for PS4?

>too much time spent in and around Cathedral Ward, especially when you count in the DLC
>shit got samey around Old Yharnam
BB would have benefitted from a more original cosmic/dream type area, like Nightmare of Mensis

BB has the most replay value because of the dungeons and unique weapons.

*meant to say Yahar'gul, not Old Yharnam

You must have a sad, sad little imagination and memory if you think Chalice dungeons add any kind of replayability. You probably also like shitty racing games with 3 tracks that are all identical except for the background.

>your argument doesn't count if I put "muh" in front of it
BB has by far the most diverse selection of weapons

Well there can be a remaster. Like DS1 and 2 ha-ha..

BB will run at 60 on the PS5 since it was confirmed it has BC.

I'm on my first playthrough. Just beat vicar Amelia. I'm having a blast.

why does this automatically mean it will run at 60?

Yes, root chalice dungeons offer fantastic replayability since you don't know the enemy and treasure placements.
It's not as good as a 100% new hand crafted zone but compared to the rest of the souls games where I know where every enemy is placed it's a good way to taste a small sample of that stress of a first run through the game.

Since that's been the way most PS2 to PS3 collections worked.

bro...

>most
bloodborne never goes above 30 even with the pro patch, it might be hard locked because of the engine

Pro would not be able to lock it at 60, the game is just too busy with all the collisions and probably CPU bound

Except you do know the enemy placements. The obvious cube construction makes the enemy placement almost identical every time you encounter the same room, which happens constantly. The very design of the rooms actually limits how enemies can spawn and be placed anyways. It becomes so predictable that the player can literally predict where the treasure room door will be in the level, and if there will be an illusory wall just by how a few of the first rooms are connected.

Unless you are hunting a specific chalice weapon, the treasures are largely meaningless as well. The majority of them are items to make more chalice dungeons.

Chalice dungeons were a mistake. The amount of man hours they took to get working correctly could have added 2-3 more levels to the game. It would have taken a significant number of man hours to get the rooms to connect properly on each random formation, and also get that all to work correctly online. The man hours spent making the (actually rather few) rooms in chalice dungeons alone would have been better put to hand placement within the world.

They do boil down to the same thing over and over again, only difference is rising damage taken depending on depth. Once you play through around half of them to completion you pretty much see the pattern in everything and the only thing that can fuck you raw is the summoner ladies launching barrages of enemies at you from 4 rooms away

bb didnt get a pro patch. ds3 did. you can just use boost mode while playing on a pro which i dont know if there are any significant improvents. theres still a lot of frame drops for me

legit makes me sad
playing on ps4 gave me a splitting headache after an hour
could barely crack 24fps and even then it would drop to 18 in some places

Its honestly just dark souls 4 though? I played till the blood starved beast area and that's what it seemed to me. High wall of lothric except lovecraftian.

There are obvious enemy spawn and patroll patterns, but there's enough of them that you can get surprised even if you know them all.
Some rooms are fucking full of zombies, and there's low chance of crazy shit like 2 screaming madmen spawning in the same room/hallway.

It's a solid 30 except 2-3 specific areas.
Try playing any version that's not 1.0

idk why you're trying to minimize the framerate issues but no it certainly is not a stable 30 regardless of version
sold them both (PS4 and game) about a year ago because there was no point in owning a bloodborne machine when i dont use it
im content with pc for now until consoles can get 60fps as standard. if it gets a pc port ill gobble it up but otherwise ill cope

first of all, this game came out before 3
secondly, there's nothing lovecraftian that early in the game, so why are you lying?

my ps4 got blue light of death 1 month outside warranty

the architecture is inigger

you might have actual brain damage. it's Victorian and a real thing, lovecraftian is fictional

>sonegroid being obtuse so he doesnt have to admit bloddborne is just dark souls 3 dlc
yikers

I Didn't Play The Game: The Post

is this a falseflag or actually the guy I was talking to earlier? impressively awful post
in case you're serious: there's almost nothing lovecraftian about bloodborne until you get near the mid game. the architecture in bloodborne is inspired by real history, not H.P's work

>dark souls 2 dlc
Fixed it for accuracy.

>Its honestly just dark souls 4 though? I played till the blood starved beast area and that's what it seemed to me. High wall of lothric except victorian.
Here you go obtuse-chan.

...

that's not what being obtuse means, obtuse would be if you wrote "gothic" and I correct with "victorian". your post is just nonsense and you have no idea what lovecraft is
also, it still wouldn't make sense because bloodborne is a year older than 3

>To be obtuse is not just to be dim, though. More specifically, it suggests a refusal to see something apparent to others, or a willful ignorance or insensitivity to the real facts of a situation.

yeah, and that doesn't apply here. how the fuck was I supposed to know you were talking about architecture when you said lovecraftian? I never expected someone to be that ignorant

lmao poorfags have resorted to making up stories to cope with the fact theyll never play bloodborne
getting embarrassed when they get called out too

played it on my friends ps4

>sonegroid
please don't

today BB finally got exposed by a undercover pcchad

why are you larping?

people realized shills were overhyping the game non-stop

there's a whole bunch of cope going on round these parts

Bloodborne game of deacde.

>ITT scrubs that got filtered out by gascoigne
theres a reason why bloodborne is the highest rated soulsborne game
