I've been using voice chat for like 10 years now, where the fuck were you?

Push to talk means they don't get all that sweet background sound metadata.

The point is that not everybody was using voice chat all the time as the absolute default 10 years ago, and now games don't even bother including text chat anymore sometimes.

Literally never used push to talk in my life, prefer to open all the doors and windows so that there's even more static, have a massive fan next to me and turn up mic sensitivity to the max. Always make sure to loudly and enthusiastically greet people at the start of the vidya. Make sure to be the loudest one in the lobby to establish dominance.

I just don't get why people need their ego stroked like this. The items, sure. The orbiter army, fucking why. Even if you don't actually do this user, there are people who do and it boggles my mind.

They're closet fags. They subconsciously are feminine and act as prey, cute little bunnies that need stuff delivered to them by real men.
