Trueblood (lv. 70 artifact) + augmented Drachen Armet for an SNES dragoon, otherwise for lv. 60 I got a lot of mileage out of full augmented Drachen (Wyrm recolor of Drachen if you want to be azure out of the gate)

Not really, Hagakure exists almost purely just to consume sens now and only coughs up 15 kenki with 3 sens. Ikishoten is your real sen generation, Hagakure is to align Higanbana with raid buffs or if you don't think your Shifu/Jinpu will last long enough to make it to the next pull.

Oh WoW did try to change up shit that ended up failing but the same could be said about XIV's attempts with Eureka and Diadem but in the grand scheme of things WoW since Cataclysm has been trying to play it safe as well in the same manner XIV does with its formula. Charts like this make it seem much more complicated than it is, watch a video and you'll get a better grasp of it.

gatherers can find treasure maps on nodes sometimes.

collect map, open it up, find the spot its indicating, dig it up, murder animals, get phat lewt

If you have a gatherer at 80, you can harvest a treasure map once per day. The big ones to watch for are the 80 (8 players) ones.

When using them, a bunch of mobs spawn and you kill then, then you get some treasure. If you're lucky (1 in 3 chance about) a portal will open to a dungeon. There's five floors in the dungeon, each floor you clear has a 50-50 chance of leading deeper. The deeper you go, the more/better stuff you get.
