I don't want to live forever, be stupid strong, or have any absurd powers that I could never use in realistic situations. I just want to live life as full as possible. Shapeshift will take the place of basically any physical. No sleep or hunger is just a huge life improvement. And reality warp lets me have my fun once a year to do anything I want.

If i get shapeshift, will i be able to fly as a bird?

Reality warp rune is sleeper overpowered, during your one day of reality warps you can be nigh omniscient. Just physically write down how you can have or make more runes and now you can have all of them. Easy

How are you going to find lava creatures? Chances are if such things existed in another universe they'll be swimming around in it not unlock fish in our oeacon and what not, which you're probably not going to find in short window you have to adapt before deadly gasses or heat kills yous. especially since lava isn't the easy substance to see through.

You have no idea if that would actually let you live past the 1000 years, maybe it could? but whos to say it just won't steal your heart or brain, or maybe it just werks. Hard to find a way to stop the 1000 year timer when we don't know what it exactly does.

That brings in a question on how easy its going to be to find said immortal beings in the universe. Its not unlikely to assume the norm of existence we know is the average, the just how averages kinda work, so finding Immortal beings in a 1000 year lifespan might be nearly impossible.

Shit, if I just dropped some random dimensional hopping being into your universe randomly, chances are they'd be surrounded by nothing light years worth of empty space.
