Battlestation Thread
Whoops, phoneposting sucks
2/2, hopefully this one doesn't rotate
Reposting my sit/stand meme
Don't care even a little bit about cable management, as long as the cables don't get in my way. They're currently held up with paperclips
Comfy/10
I wish I didn't have cable autism, but I do.

Hello fellow Shadow Hearts bro.
Too bad 3 killed the franchise.
I actually really liked 3 . The whole Journalistic aspect of the story was great.
I remember spending an entire summer grinding Shadow Hearts 2 with my bro in like 2009. Great game.
>glass
make sure to post when it breaks
I liked it too, but it did kill the franchise.
Why did the battlestation thread from earlier today get 404'd? It was quite comfy. Anyways...
Nice. My friend had a glass desk and it was nice.
CRT/10.
>standing
I couldn't do it, but yeah.
wat. srsly?
I wish I had cable autism.
Clean, bright, sleek. Nice.
As long as it's cozy, right?
>dem thicc borders on that TV
Ugh... that does it for me man. I love PS2 game cases. And the spines, especially. Awesome collection man.
7/10 Good chair
0/10 no chair
2/10 you shouldn't sit on your bed; it's bad for your back
10/10 great chair
4/10 alright chair
6/10 good chair
8/10 nice couch
0/10 where do you sit?
Thick borders don't matter when your TV can produce perfect blacks.
I deadlift lmao5plate, my back is fine.
>0/10 where do you sit?
On the couch that I am sitting on.
Cable autism pays off in the long run, but it took forever for me to do all of those.
Are all me btw. It took two whole days for me to plan it out and get it to work, and a few trips to the store when certain parts of the original setup would fail.
Don't be like me. Use nails or velcro to secure your furniture-mounted power strips the first time around, and not after the glue failed twice
>when your TV can produce perfect blacks.
so oled then? Enjoy your planned obsolescence and burn-in from HUD/UI elements. Call me when they figure out how to fix that shit.
Not got a desk atm as I moved back home for a few months after a breakup and built myself a rig
Plasma, I have had it for 9 years, no burn it. My older Plasma I have had for 13 years and no burn in.
>Plasma
F
fair enough, based
I used to work at Best Buy and we had this Panasonic Plasma TV that had the best picture I've ever seen (this was before 4K was a thing). 600hz refresh tate (natural to plasmas), deep blacks. The light was relatively low, really low, but the picture was incredible.
What year?
2012-2014
That was after Pioneer sold them the Kuro tech so you saw some great display there user.
Plasma needs to make a comeback
Not really. They are very big and bulky and produce alot of heat. I would rather microled tech gets funded as it can produce black levels of plasma without the burnin or heat generation.
What's in the jar? Eggs?
This is the office, gfs sewing/crafts station on the left.
needs noctua poo fans desu
i take it you sit indian style?
Glad you got those LEDs to help you download ram faster
Gorgeous physical copies
Just a reminder that we were denied SED TVs which had the benefits of CRT such as instant response time while also being slim and the technology is inherently superior to LCD, LED, and OLED, because of a lawsuit.
One of the supposed reasons Plasma was done away with is because of energy, but SED which is inherently superior to LCD, LED, and OLED, is also up to 50% more efficient while being superior so it has a better picture too
Fuck LCD, LED, OLED, and microled, you should want someone to buy the IP to SED and start selling SED tvs
600hz isn't really true for refresh rate. Plasma displays color by flickering the subpixels at varying rates, and so 600hz is really a measurement of color quality - meaning that a single subpixel can flicker 10 times per frame at 60 frames per second.
Its more than the lawsuit which Canon won. The financial crash of 09 caused them to back off SED and Sony from FED and by the time the economy recovered LED had way too much marketing dominance. And why their contrast ratio was way better than LED, it still cant touch plasma and OLED.
Based SED autist, I forgot about you
Cool framed Power Nine, user. Where'd you get them?
