Too much risk for not enough reward. The magical trannies and the hot spring scene would spark outrage from SJWs (who Nintendo has folded to before ala Game & Watch's feather), and anyone who cares has already played the fan translation which was released a decade ago, made by a team of professional translators, and is as faithful as you could possibly get to the source material.
