Pay was shit, but I was the one who took money for all visits. So you made a deal with few non-junkie girls that when they bring foreigner, you will over-charge him. She gets half of the money, you get the other half. So in practice, one-hour stay costs 1000 in local currency. You however charge the tourist for 2000, thus getting 500 in the end. This could happen ten or more times a night. So in the end you get your regular wage and something around 4000-6000 extra (that's around 200 USD). One should note that average wage here is 25 000, so very sweet money. Only downsize in this cash model is that whores can get greedy and try to snitch you to your boss and that you work only Fridays and weekends.

No dead escorts, but having to tear away fat sweaty guy from brutalizing a girl is not really that enjoyable. Also drug users and everything drug-related suck. Somewhat. Nothing fancy, but you get to know each other. But the girls are usually not in it lomg-term, apart from some professionals who are, so even if you do get to know each other better, they won't usually stick around too much. Some can be nice and with those you can chill, smoke a bit, talk or even ask her for a number yourself after the shift, but those are minority.

Also yeah, when you visit an escort, you know she bangs other people, thats her job, right. But actually not seeing it helps a lot. When you do see it, or at least you know they are doing it and you see the guys whom she does, that really kills your appetite. At least for me it did.

Well it depends. Would say that most of them are a bit dumber as you assess, but nothing really extreme, just slightly below average. Rest is usually pretty clever - those are girls who are in it for a short while with a clear goal to earn this or that. Or those who are in long-term, just completely devoid any semblance of morals. Those can be interesting but also it's hard to not get blackpilled about women in general when speaking to them. I also found that those who do more extreme stuff like dommes are usually more inteligent.
