the damage difference between a Lightbringer and a top-tier synergy like F. Brawler is only like 15-20%. The attack speed buff and added safety she brings is more than enough to make up for that.

Yeah, I'm aware of what mage is like in this games current meta because of autistic koreans and all the shitty new classes, but I'm taking about what they should be like, not what they are. Ele has a focus on spacing and pushing enemies together to properly AOE them because you can't take hits, summoner has to micromanage summons so they're more effective, bm has to track generating different chasers for their effects and time them properly for combos, witch has a bunch of wacky movement stuff and needs to account for rng skills, and enchant has to play a more active role when it comes to being support in terms of picking who gets the focus and the general way their moves work

but again, none of this shit fucking matters because the games meta as well as its design discourages this sort of gameplay and instead is all about mashing hotkeys until you win while having sader and whatever is the meme class of the month neople wants you to roll because that's easier then making new content

is f.mage actively that bad? are we talking "people will just refuse to play with you" level or just minmax koreans don't bother using them tier? was my favorite class by far back when I played in the nexon days & I was thinking of checking this game out again
