Epic are not going to sell game which are on Steam

But that's the entire POINT of the exclusives, to get people invested in your ecosystem so they come to you even for non-exclusive games.
They're paying out millions of dollars on a monthly basis for a reason, no?

There must be something else going on, because this make no sense.

rest in peace

as someone who has developed Steam, I think you're full of shit and you need to kill yourself

Isn't Vampire 2 on Epic, along with Steam and GOG?

no, making people install even more bullshit launcher software to play their games is what's wrong.

chinese communist party

It's not supposed to be a viable storefront.
They have an ulterior motive that relies on their storefront remaining in the public eye so they continuously push controversy, attach themselves to relevant things, parade total non-issues and do anything they can to keep out of total obscurity.
Meanwhile anything that would make their storefront actually competitive is ignored and it remains shit.

It's probably some Chinese plot, either that or it's an insurgent movement by those shackled to the Chinese in order to undermine Valve who are likely also catering to the eternal Chinaman.

>if you can't compete then don't compete
Brilliant.

All launchers suck. GoG is the only one that does things right. Only reason I tolerate steam is because it was the very first platform + it has the largest selection of games. I will never install another client though.

They wanted to release it on EGS and Steam as well, but Epic said no.

And how dev said it was basically
>nah, sorry, we're looking for exclusives only, and your KS says you're giving Steam keys

So even their talk about "we care about devs" is bullshit
