if you have carpal tunnel syndrome or it just began manifesting, it's not that difficult to get rid of it. I used to have it and now after doing exercises and looking up ways on how to deal with it, it's almost gone. No numbness or pain. just make sure to do your research well, give your wrist enough rest and to have it in a fixed position while sleeping. Most importantly stop putting a strain on it for the time being, also fix your posture, very often bad posture and hand/arm placement and usage lead to this
