Playing PS4 games have killed my interest in the entire medium. I recently replayed a lot of games from the recent past that I thought I liked and have kept for years but realise they were all awful. The scripted gameplay that controls what you do and when you do it for the sake of le epic moment kills the immersion and all games do it now. This is on top of the terrible writing and half the games being cutscenes. It's a meme but genuinely why not watch a movie with these kinds of games? Why bother continuing to play games if they're all so terrible?
