For the main stories there's DL2, DL3, 64, very likely Amazing Mirror and Squeak Squad.
For "Dark Matter is here but not really", Robobot has the clone, a subgame in Mass Attack has Dark Matter as the final boss, and Star Allies with Void Termina.
Canvas Curse and Rainbow Curse have bosses that evoke Dark Matter but there's no proof that they are.

With the way Hyness ranted about using their dark power to seal another "nightmare" entity which the ancients had trouble defeating, I wouldn't be that surprised.

I don't mind the few gijinka art getting posted every once in a while, but I wish some of the story draw the mask as it is in the game instead of pulling that masked man feature.

A weird Meta Knight backstory is almost inevitable after what they pulled with Kirby. Him just being a blue Kirby is too obvious and doesn't add up anymore.

They probably do that because the round mask doesn't fit well on the human face design they give him.
The real crime of Meta Knight gijinka art is the majority of artists giving him a cool and mature face. Meta Knight's face is funny because it's just as cutesy as Kirby's,
