dunkey knows that he lied and he knows people busted him for it yet instead of apologising and moving on or just never mentioning it again he made this dogshit "response" to the criticism a year after the controversy ended and instead of admiting to having lied and instead focus just on the people saying that he shouldn't have reviewed octopath since it's a jrpg (which really is a shitty argument) he went for a guy with less then 500 subscribers and, ironically, completely misrepresented the guy's video in the same way he misrepresented octopath. while it was a bad idea on jason's part to make the video while not having played the game and he could've easily been wrong about everything as a result, he wasn't, and his criticism of the octopath video were actually correct (and this is from someone who has played the game). and despite that, dunkey waves jason off as a "15 y/o octopath fanboy" and ignores the points made in the video.
if dunkey wants to be taken more seriously then the ign reviewers he's (rightfully) shitting on, he has to put his fragile ego aside for a second, fess for the shit he did and better himself as a critic instead of responding to the justified backlash to his octopath video like a child.
