Ruina's gameplay confuses me. Then again we've barely seen any of it. From what we've seen I have many questions:

>Are we capable of equipping and customizing said dudes?
>Why does the camera zoom out each "phase" of the battle we've seen?
It appears that cards are based on one of the four damage types (Red, White, Black, Pale) and that if you run out of cards, your guys are just left to their own devices, so perhaps deck building is going to be an important element.

I do wonder how it would set itself apart, though, given MSOT's status as a WAW rather than a HE. Maybe it could drag multiple people into its' grasp and had a possession mechanic similar to Grave Of Cherry Blossoms?

If you've got a good selection of WAWs and ALEPHs you can reliably work on, work on them as much as possible. Pause a lot to get everyone working on shit. Don't increase the game speed, you'll lose more time that way.

We got four ALEPHs so it's about as easy as it can get to do the timed missions. The biggest issue would be preparing to take on the 3 ALEPHs needed for the mission as well.
I was able to rush 50% of the meter with 2 minutes left since I was grinding Justice on everyone, so it should be an effortless day for you.

Good luck user, it's very fun since it pushes you to juggle energy, maybe furthering research if possible (which is why I turned the clock 4 times, couldn't do much with CENSORED since Doorkun was necessary for all 3 breaches), and suppressing the ALEPHs.

The game got fucked over in kickstarter, some of the team left during development, and the remaining ones got scammed in translation, forcing them to use a machine translator.

Despite all this, they still trudged through it and improved on legacy, with almost every Abno having a unique design and containment quirk, as well as legitimately fun boss battles that forces you to change the way you normally manage the facility, which keeps the game from becoming repetitive midway through.

That, combined with the effect of the last day, makes LC a close contender to GOTY if it was released recently. Even if it's a meme word, soulful really is how you can describe this game.

Employee has level 1 fortitude = high chances of success, level 3 temperance = medium chances and so on.
The procedure for new abnormalities is basically to just go for anything but just repression since almost none of them like it and to just retryscum it and see what works, and getting the additional information firsthand to know what it does

you just have shit abnormalities then. stats determine more than just success rate as well

Some abnos just suck sometimes, so the success chance sometimes doesn't correlate with each stat's corresponding level.
However keep in mind that each stats gives a particular benefit such as higher max hp, sp, work speed, etc

While I agree I wished the writting and graphic design were better. The interface can be a bit overloaded and chaotic and while abnormalities are all cool and great, the backstory from is sometimes a bit pretentious. Granted they didn't want to just copy SCP all the way but it feels weird when the explanation/backstory of an abno is all criptic and metaphorical for a company that studies them. Like they don't lay the ground firt then bring out the spiritual part of the abno, or they start with it being criptic but never explain or say anything.

I also feel some things get lost into translation as characters jump from one topic to another pretty fast or they don't make that much sense sometimes. The game is korean, right?

Most of the writing faults are because the translation that they got ended up sucking ass so what you see now is what we got.
Also yeah the interface can be bad sometimes, for example I want my dudes to stand on the left side on an abno but in some particular circumstances it's straight up not possible

I believe the idea is to find a way to stall a battle for as long as possible while also winning. Angela in the promo puts an emphasis on keeping the librarians entertained, so a quick battle would be a no deal. The last person alive on one team seems to get some kind of special sword too to emphasize the point. I would guess the card influences the strategy and damage the characters use until you're fresh out

Weapons and suits are kept, as are all missions and core suppression rewards. Employees are lost.

Weapons, suits, mission progress, and suppressions do. Employees (including their gifts) and (obviously) the abnormalities themselves don't. So just make sure you're topped up on everything's gear and codex before you restart unless you plan to get them back in the next run.

I plan on doing the full codex to get the true ending on my first run
Because god knows I am not pulling that shit twice after the hell that beating Hockma was
