>Doom Eternal is being hyped up as possibly the best FPS of the year
>the Doom Marine is all but confirmed for Smash
>the Doom Slayer is very likely coming to MK11
Are you prepared for the Year of Doom, Yea Forums?
Doom Eternal is being hyped up as possibly the best FPS of the year
>Doom Marine all but confirmed for Smash
???
where
>year of doom
more like last 2 months of the year of doom
in his head canon along with the other shit he made up
>best FPS of the year
Not a very difficult achievement
>the Doom Slayer is very likely coming to MK11
Why do people keep acting like we don't already know what dlc for MK11 will be. Doomguy isn't in.
>not noticing the DMC and Doom ports onto the Switch
Doom guy and Dante are the last two DLCs.
>game on Switch = character in Smash
Garfield confirmed
>Doom (2016) was the first major 3rd party port to Switch
>Doom Eternal was conformed last year to release day 1 on Switch
>Bethesda has said they were talking to Nintendo about Smash Bros around E3
>All Previous Doom Games are now on Switch making it the only Bethesda game series were you can play the whole series of games on Switch
If you remember the MK11 DLC leaks the very last DLC listed has the codename "GOTY". That's Doomguy's best chance to be honest.
I'm sure it might be headcanon but we're in the midst of Doom's 25th anniversary, and Zenimax is relying on Doom Eternal to be their big holiday season hit after Fallout 76 was a flaming shitpile. The "25th anniversary" thing would fit in with both of them since
>Smash has among their third-party characters Pac-Man, Ryu (SF2), Hero (DQ) and Cloud (FF7), and the first Doom is right up there with them in terms of their respective influence on the rest of the industry
>Doom sat right alongside MK as the most controversial and violent games of the 90s
I WANT TO PLAY THUG PRO
FUCK
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>THPS3
2 is better, subhuman
>possibly the best FPS of the year
not like there are all that many contenders.
What's stopping you?
first, download this: btdb.eu
Install that, then download THUGPRO and install that.
Congrats, you can now skate as Doomguy in Andy's room from Toy Story.
>the Doom Marine is all but confirmed for Smash
Imainge being this delusional there is literally nothing pointing to Doomguy getting in unless you honestly think that Doom celebrating it's anniversary actually assures it inclusion in Smash.
I actually grabbed the link from flippys site instead
>All Previous Doom Games are now on Switch
You forgot Doom 64, faggot.
So glad DOOM is alive and well. It didn't fall for the SJW meme like Wolfenstein. Feels comfy man.
I don't want him in just because of posts like this.
64 on Switch is inevitable at this point.
It better be. It's such an underrated game that needs more attention.
Fl1ppy's link has been reported to give people issues using, and has not bothered to update it.
This one is recommended by %gone (one of the thugpro devs)

>quakecon rebranded
>even tim willits is done
i'm out
not my id
>best fps of the year
Being the least shit thing in a pile of shit isn't much of a achievement.
Pretty sure they already rated Doom 64.
My guess is that Id wanted the original trilogy out before any spinoffs.
But Doom 64 is the official sequel to Doom 2.
>Fucking awful HUD
>Lives system
>DUDE! DUDE! LOOK HOW BADASS YOU LOOK PRESSING A BUTTON TO INSTANT KILL SHIT DUDE!
>Bethesda are involved and people are stull hyped for it
Nah, I'm a fan of the series and its obvious this is going to be a steaming pile normies are going to lap up before forgetting a month later.
But it's not called Doom 3.
It is the actual Doom 3, though, as it's a direct sequel and ends with Doomguy choosing to stay behind in hell to fight demons for eternity, which directly ties into the new games.
>Lives system
I was iffy on this at first, but Hugo mentioned at Quakecon that they included lives so they could make the game overall more difficult than 2016 while essentially still being accessible to the console crowd. I wouldn't be surprised if the live system wasn't even a thing on higher difficulties.
Hud definitely sucks, though.
