There's a lot of streamers who are just chilling and having fun playing games and chatting. Of course the loud ones are possibly the ones who get the most attention.

My videos get like 100 views each and 10 comments and it makes me so happy.
100 people wanted to see something I made and 10 people wanted to talk about it.
That's more people than I've spoken to or met in real life in the past decade.

I'd basically like round table discussions, not reviews, with some gameplay mixed in to show off keypoints they might be discussing. Video podcasts is basically what I'd like. Easy Allies kinda do it but it's too besides like two people on staff theyre hard to listen too.

Twitch wants you to stream the same days every week at around the same timeframe, for a few hours at least every stream.
Youtube wants you to post at least one 20-minute long video every week on the same day. It's better if you post more videos on about the same day week-to-week. For youtube, this is important, because it affects the recommendation algorithm.

I stream on twitch and I put something along the lines of "no mic just video games" in the title so if someone happened to be searching one of the obscure games I'm playing, they know I'm not some zoomer trying to make it big.

Original idea was during the rise of game grumps, so as a cheap attempt to cash in on that market, it was a co-op gaming channel, but instead of just being 2 no-name people since we didn't have a previous following of any kind, it would use 2 characters, kind of like the distinction between James the person and the AVGN character.
The dynamic was between a soft-spoken, friendly, and outgoing optimist who literally could not find a fault in any game he played, and a brash, aggressive, mildly insane cynic, who rarely enjoyed any games, and was constantly, purposefully fucking over the other. The comedy, aside from the personalities just bouncing off of eachother, was going to be in how the two of them approached situations in the games they were playing differently while still needing to work together to finish the game.
The rebrand idea is to convert this concept into a game review channel, with their two sets of personalities looking at the same game from two different perspectives, a super-casual, and an extreme try-hard, while maintaining the same characters.

This is also a fair point, although, at the very least, with the rebrand it would a lot less focused on the characters. My friend is a very brand-loyal apologist with a lot of things, and a little too optimistic for his own good, to the point where not only does he look past faults, he'll act like they were never there to begin with. And at the same time, I've become more cynical over the years, to the point where a good chunk of games, regardless how excited I would have been about them before, are met with cautious optimism at best, and I've become a lot more open to nit-picking. The character parts would basically be used to exaggerate those traits slightly for both of us.
We debate things fairly often because of this like Sword and Shield, we've been arguing about that for weeks, and I just thought it would be an interesting angle for a review channel to have 2 reviewers, one who is super-willing to look past the faults, and another who is very focused on the problems with the game to make a review as unbiased as possible, and easier for someone to make a decision on a game based on what they did and did not agree with.

I had a channel that picked up speed and was getting pretty popular, but I just let it die out of the blue because I was depressed.

The market is Children, so you have to attract them with titles, thumbnails, and lots of retardation.

This is why most people fail. They don't do market research and don't understand marketing at all. It's not even really about content itself, it's mostly marketing.
Think about it, you can't get subs of you don't get views, you can't get views if you don't get clicks on your thumbnails, and you don't get clicks without YouTube algos pushing your shit everywhere. Content is literally the last thing you actually need (though you do need it, just maybe not in the way you would expect unless you do your research)

Just start and do it for fun. When you want to upgrade any specific of your project, do the research and slowly apply it. Don't force it, just have fun and do it because you want to. Get your gratification from that.
