If I play Legends will I be left wishing for a sequel to resolve the story?

Do people want MML3 out of love for the series or because 2 doesn't resolve stuff?

Starforce 4 didn't even leave the planning stage and even if it did, it was clearly being marketed to fujos harder than anything else in the entire series. There are much worse things in this world than losing that.
