Depends on what you expect. If you're familiar with other Yoko Taro games and like them you should try it. If you really love them, then it's likely you'll be able to see past the flaws and appreciate it for what it is. If you haven't played any other Yoko Taro game, I'd recommend you play those first, not so much because of narrative continuity, but because of a better introduction to his way of making games. Nier is the most accessible to start with (and the best imo), but you should also play Drakengard 1 if you're interested in the whole setting and timeline (it's a pretty awful game but worth playing anyway), then Drakengard 3, and finally Automata.

Besides the fact it's a game from a niche franchise? Combat is underwhelming and the story revolves around a lady who's a bitch to most everyone she meets and whose motives don't become clear until you spend a couple playthroughs killing her sisters, fucking their boy toys and murdering hundreds of other randos. Its a difficult game to like to say the least. Weirdly fascinating though.

That, and the first game plus both Nier games exist so Drakengard 3 would likely be fairly overshadowed by them.
