The only one that's interesting is Death Stranding. I really don't get the hype behind TLOU2 and GoW really disappointed with its rather crude design and already outdated graphics.

Nobody cares about Halo in 2019. Especially not ones made by 343.

Why are Sony "goty" forgotten about after like a month? Seriously when was the last time anyone even mentioned GoW here? I feel like game of the YEAR should have more staying power than a couple of weeks.

I was about to start debating you but shit that was a week fucking year. Biggest contenders I see at a glance are Doom, The Last Guardian, Uncharted 4 and Persona 5. And Persona 5 was released in the west in 2017. And Last Guardian was December 2016 so it may not have been eligible.
Fuck I guess nu-Doom wins by default.
