oh well. I just got a used fat ps3 for 65 bucks a few years back. Got to play through the kingdom hearts games, demon souls, mgs, dragons dogma (don't get ps3 version its shitty),and Ico. All the games were less than 10 bucks. I got mgs4 for literally 99 cents at gamestop. I loved it

In Japan there were two versions of Nier, the "Replicant" (brother) on PS3 with Japanese VO and "Gestalt" (father) on 360 with English VO.
For the western version they ported the Gestalt version to PS3 and released it on both systems just as Nier leaving the Replicant version Japan-exclusive.
I'm not sure what the original user was on about the 360 version being shitty.

It's okay if you just want a bit more of Nier's gameplay and want to play as Brother without buying the Japanese version, there isn't really anything new with the story. The costumes are kind of eh.
