Just get a rx570. They are cheap and can handle most games on high/ultra.

That budget is so low you'll barely get an upgrade. If you can push it to like $150 you can get an RX570 8GB but that's still a rather old and outdated GPU.

There's only two variants, the 4gb one and the 8gb, they perform the same(although the 4gb might lose a couple of frames). Usually Sapphire is the better manufacturer for AMD cards.
The cheapest Sapphire one, but if you can get the 8gb variant.
