That style of third person combat with Roanapur as the overworld, not exactly the same gameplay. The stuff like her dual wielding mechanics translates very well to Revy, and the slow mo is not out of line for some of the stuff they pull in the show. You could get a proper melee combat system too, at least for Chinglish and Roberta.
Just tone down the Prince of Persia wall running level stuff, add some cover/mild stealth mechanics and you have a potentially great game.
