Dragonlord is a Mii costume, as well as Jade, Dragon Quest Builder's protagonist male, female, Chocobo, and, sorry folks, Geno. Sakurai ends it by saying it will release the 31st, and that Banjo will release by the end of October.

Geno doesn't belong in Smash
It's one thing to have a Mii Fighter outfit when a character is already playable, it's another when a character is revealed to be a Mii Fighter outfit BEFORE they're made playable.
Notice how when they first showed K. Rool's outfit in Smash 4, he wasn't made DLC for that game? Same thing with Isabelle, Inkling and Chrom. All of their Mii costumes were revealed to be in Smash Ultimate AFTER they were revealed to be playable. That's the difference.
