But I did
It was like 10+ years ago tho
I remember playing this when it was released. Liked it but it crashed at random points on my old pentium 4 so I couldnt finish it.
Now's the time to give it another try.

I did. Haste+Scythe is the best way to play.
fuck off Clive no one wants to play your game
Fuck off, Redditor.
That was a really great horror game, maybe because it didn't try too hard with le epic setpiece moments like other titles do and instead wasn't afraid of actually being a game instead of an interactive movie.
Great atmosphere, also I really liked the flaming skull spell where if you brought up 3 skulls and let them hang they would start arguing and fighting with one another.
In fact I just decided to look it up and somebody happens to have a video of it.
Man what a masterpiece
Too bad Jericho was such a let down though
Wow, this takes me back to my childhood. This was a great game.
>Too bad Jericho was such a let down though
It's a shame about Jericho, because the actual concept behind it was interesting, but it gimped itself with bad gameplay. I don't think I've ever seen another video game which had a cheat hotline either.
Could there be a Hellraiser game or maybe an Undying sequel set in the present/future?
I'd play Undying HD to death
Undying wasn't a popular game even in its heyday. They even cancelled a multiplayer patch due to poor sales. I have no idea what Clive Barker even does these days either.
>I have no idea what Clive Barker even does these days either
apart from getting his ass blasted by his dog and husband, probably nothing
>as the bonds of flesh are broken, the world becomes apparent.
>that rain effect
an absolutely great game. crispy graphics, excellent level design, and top notch sound effects and soundtrack.
but above all, undying was extremelly comfy, despite it being a horror game. there's something about that huge, dark house and the bleak countryside surrounding it. it sort off reminds me of the hound of baskervilles
I was playing it, coiled like a spring, and that fcking Tibetan War Cannon would snort at random intervals and scared the shit out of me.
I did.
Extremely good game with lots of little "undocumented features" and creative touches, like the raise dead spell causing living humans to commit suicide, and in various ways depending on what weapon they had.
And like that one time when you walk up behind the crazy artist guy and realise he's painting a picture of you, then he paints a monster behind you, and you don't really want to turn around but you have to.
Genuinely good game I'd really like to see modernised, maybe even a sequel.
Played it back in the day, but being the shitter I was I used cheats. Can't remember much, luckily. I should get back on it again.
The thing I can remember was how disappointed I was how long it actually takes to get the scythe. I read an article in a gaming magazine where they were presenting it like "You arrive at the house, walk around a bit, get the scythe and directly after fight the vampire chick".
I really liked the atmosphere but didn't think it was that fun to play. It almost felt as bad as DXIW with the loading screens sometimes. And it felt tedious to play until I got the scythe.
>flickering stalkers
There was actually fan made attempt, to make this game shine again.
It was Amnesia mod if I am not mistaken.
