You mean, like, get all achievements, all side quests no matter how much they repeat, find all the secrets, try every play style?
Never ... actually maybe the only one was desperados wanted dead or alive, played it about 10 times or so, that's about it, normally I'll do side missions if they're not the same thing repeating over and over 100x times, I prefer playing the way I feel will be most suitable to my prefference and that's it, I don't really do evil run/lethal runs if there's a choice and I do the good/non lethal one, I don't care all that much about achievements and spending 30 minutes to comb the level for a secret doesn't sound very appealing, if I find it while exploring the level, great, if I miss it, eh it's not the end of the world.
If we're just talking about the last game we've actually finished, Ruiner, and I recommend it.
