how is this even used? I can only imagine that either way it is held, if you want to be able to use the knuckles and shoot at the same time, the barrel comes between the knuckles and yourself, and it always points towards you
I was thinking somehow if it could be held so that the barrel was on the outside and you could pull the trigger after swiping someone with the bladed edge but I don't see how you can hold it like that

I think you can hold it as a gun and fire it. When you're out of bullets or want to go melee, you fold the knuckles towards the gun part.

I believe the knuckles fold underneath the firearm portion when you're not using it or when you just want to use the knuckles.

then the entire thing folds up so you can use the knuckles while clutching onto the barrel
then while folded, you can release the knife so it's a dagger
