Games only you played.
Games only you played
I think I still have my copy of Breakdown hiding in a box in a closet somewhere.
St. Anger was an okay Metallica album
I played it, but didn't get too far. Seems hard.
I remember playing this as a youngster and being too retarded to grasp the concept of throwing a fight in order to gain money. It was really fun though i kinda miss playing it now and again.
Is it any good? It's BC on the Xbone
Forgot to post game
>literally bundled with xbox
>bro its so obscure only i played it
shut up idiot
I'm gonna keep posting about this game as I'm convinced I'm the only one who has played this. This and tankbeat for the ds
I have played this.
Goddamn, this thing looked amazing in first person, but the mechanics were so shit it felt like navigating an unresponsive trash compactor. And the escape sequence with the guards was fucking terrible.
I only played this recently, actually. It was cool but not great lol.
It's ok
it was ok
Isn't that game really expensive to get now?
I literally dont know anybody else that's played this
Is it? I picked up a copy for 99 cents from FUCKING GAMESTOP. Granted, it was mislabled as an iCarly game, but they didn't check.
Better than Zelda thats for sure
I bought this game simply because I thought the girl on the back of the case looked cute.
In return I got a game I had a lot of fun with.
No sequel ever.
I've played it just recently to get ideas for my own game.
I spent hours on the rollercoaster ride mini game trying to break it. Was super fun.
Bursting up through the floor after juicing up is the still the best super hero moment a game has pulled off.
I played it, it's a nice n64 3d platformer
Blind sex-crazed strain FTW
Destrega needs a reboot
absolutely fucking kino video gaming experience
How was it? Never heard of it
Kino Opening sequence.
All the combos are hard to execute and require ridiculously precise timing, though.
>Cult classic
>only you played
Nigguh..
>Rhapsody: A Musical Adventure
I'd post an image, but my weeb ass is constantly range banned. :(
I started on this a few month ago, it's pretty good.
Not OP, but not really. At its best, its a really wonky tech demo. Kinda encapsulates the experimental stuff that was possible on the console, at that time.
Its a fighting rpg shump game, not very good in any of the 3 aspects but it is entertaining once you level up your fighter and for the cut scenes
>hya
>hya
>hya
>hya
>BREAKDOWN!
knights & merchants. playing this game as a kid along with Majesty made me think RTS games meant that your minions just ignored you and did w/e the fuck they felt like
its very weird, both story wise and game mechanics wise. Its not a must play game or anything...but I can't think of any other game like it
Also played it, specifically a friend's copy so that makes two. Also spent 75% of my play time with the roller coaster
This is probably the first game I played at Yea Forums's recommendation.
And now it's my among my favorites.
So much nostalgia ;_;
I played it and fucking loved it. I were always jealous of japs cause the jap suit version was far more cool
Terranigma is far more better.
Legit my earliest memory of buyer's remorse, this game fucking sucked. Thankfully I was able to return it because a friend of mine worked at gaystop.
I still laugh at the poor devs giving away free keys on their discord for good reviews
What is Breakdown even about?
Its a first person beat'em up or something?
>Heavily advertised in print and G4 back in the day.
>Works on 3 different generations of consoles
>Constantly on sale digitally
>Stars with "B" so its always near the top of the list when people check the backward compatibility database
>DAE THIS HIDDEN GEM??
Come on really?
I'm submitting Magicians Dead. I was routinely #1 worldwide. Online servers are closed now.
ill destroy you in this
Abomination
I remember this game being pretty cool, though I don't know if I have a PC that will run it correctly.
Thats just Will Smith
Try me bitch. I'll stomp your god damn head in
somone pls upload the ost
I played this on a compilation cd.
It's insane.
Rhapsody: A Musical Adventure eventually became Disgaea. The princess's best friend was in Rosenqueen Merchant Family, the same stores in those games.
It's a first person beat'em up where the big story twist is that you've been in the Matrix for the whole first half or so of the game. Once you get into the 'real world' the gameplay is the same, except you no longer have a HUD of any kind.
I'm the only person i know who played this game, and probably the only person you know who enjoyed it.
Mutant Mudds
Mutant Mudds Super Challenge
Xeodrifter
I remember trying to make a thread once and literally no one knew what the fuck I was talking about.
This is a pretty neat dos puzzle game.
I played Mutant Mudds and it was a piece of shit
I wanted to like it and there are a few novel moments, but honestly it was a real fucking slog to finish.
I highly doubt I'll ever go back to it.
Know you my actions?
I bought this game, never played it, then sold it. It looked like a cool beat em up, I just never got around to it and then lost a lot of games to booze money.
Underrated
Zeno Clash 1 and 2 are pretty close to Breakdown since they are first person brawlers and you still get guns as well too in the Zeno Clash games.
lel, I remember playing this at a demo kiosk.
But I can see it on my shelf
PC boomers ww@
This was released after suikoden III?
Played it, enjoyed it, never beat it
Is the gameplay like King field but with shity touch controls?
have it, never played it
>Natsume
Is harvest Moon but in the city?
I remember this game being shit but I was a dumb ADHD zoomie when I was a kid. Is it actually fun_____?
Albert Pyun's Dead Space
I used to play this all the time on my laptop back in high school
i mean its a fucking sonic rpg but i mean i played it through like 5 times so i guess its ok
>seeing this on G4TV and being amazed that they could put a sw*ar word as their title
2d, spatial-reasoning puzzle game.
that's a fun one. loved the tunnels.
reminds me that i still need to play terminal velocity and hellbender.
>TFW went survival gear getting it via getting the game, strategy guide, and got the 3 stylus set for preordering the game
based and cutepilled
Fuck that final boss.
>herbert west is your medic
this game really needs a re-release, or a sequel
My friend game me a copy of that. Never got that far in it, but it seems okay.
At least, outside of Russia
This game is fantastic
Operation Darkness had a lot of neat stuff that was in it.
>Takes place in actual World War 2 but with fictional characters based off different undead creatures and such and such
>2 of your squad mates can turn into werewolves and fuck shit up
>Game also has magic
>Although you are fighting Nazis, you are facing their undead army as well which consists of zombies, skeletons, vampires, enemy werewolves, and many others
>You do get to fight Hitler
If they remaster it, they need to fix up the combat a bit. I hated that with magic you cannot cast it after you moved your unit. Can only cast it before you move which can easily fuck you over at times.
never played those, thread didn't disapoint
It's the greatest game ever made.
I've played it many times and collected everything.
have it but never played it. maybe later today.
beat half of it one day, never finish it. i liked it.
Remember, if you want to discuss obscure games, DO NOT type "hidden gems", write "games only you played" instead
the wikipedia article on this game is kino
I remember Yea Forums used to act like breakdown was a 10/10 forgotten gem.
damn, was that last month when you first started reading and shitposting?
Only picked the cons
It starts really tough, especially when you have to fight more than one enemy at a time. Once you get the shockwave attack it's not so bad.
DUDE! I remember playing this shit and having nightmares from it, even though it wasn't even a horror game.
It's a damn shame too it's fucking kino and also free
Nah i played it bro. Game was twisted, the guy has made two more games since then if youre interested. Gingiva is also free, not as good but more focused than middens. And "where they cremate the roadkill" which is on steam but i havnt played it yet.
I'm happy someone else played it I never get response whenever I post it or make threads.
apparently the very first MMO but never see it talked about, my whole family played it and had one of the bigger guilds
I must have impeccable taste. I've played almost all of these games.
Yeah, i really liked all the weird ass quotes the NPCs would give you sometimes, like "time heals all wounds... unless you pick at the scabs". Its probably worth a replay too because when i played i only killed people who were cunts or attacked me, should play again and try an evil route.
play with my dick you fucking slut
I recall Sinclair had a castle with penise statues
Imagine that being made today
i remember you could see sinclaire fingering herself on that level by nocliping to her hot tub
Some xbox demo I cannot remember the name of. It may have been on halo or something, it was a third person game. All i can remember is being on a building outside at the end and maybe there was a helicopter.
Never knew that
GTA but in Spain
and bad
this was the reason i wanted to hack my psp, played this shit SO fucking much
Coast Guard resident evil, pretty good for what it was.
FUCKING COLLATERAL DAMAGE
This game is the shit. It's a beat-em-up but it has a combat system like Tekken because it's from the Tekken team. There's a multiplayer mode you unlock that's like a cross between Tekken & Def Jam and it's fucking awesome. Paul & Law are playable in that mode too.
