I think the graphics are pretty good, though admittedly it is easy to mod them into god tier by just doing a few simple thinks like removing pollution clouds and resetting the colors to pre-patch status.

I have a good system for playing this game. If any townsfolk say anything negative about my city, I zoom into their home, demolish it, and replace it with the cheapest park possible. Bam, the problem is gone, and everyone else is happy because they have a new park so close to their home.
