I have it on ps4 and despite the music being slowed down for some reason, it plays fine. It's the same as the bfg edition ones, so the keycards are missing a sound when you collect them but that's barely a dealbreaker.

My only question is why does the rating not list Switch even though it's a Nintendo 64 game?

1) This rating came out together with the rating for Doom and Doom II, but not Doom 3.
2) The release date seen in this Doom 64 rating is the same of the re-release of Doom, Doom II and Doom 3.
3) Despite the release date shown on this Doom 64 rating has passed, no Doom 64 for Pc(or any other mentioned platform) has ben released yet.

Conclusion:
There is no re-release of Doom 64 coming, it's just someone managing the PEGI site fucked up when they told him to put up the ratings for the first 3 Doom games thinking they meant the first 3 released games, which considering release dates and ignoring expansions/modifications/spin-offs, are Doom(1993), Doom II(1994), and Doom 64(1997), when they actually meant the first 3 nominal(that literally have 1/nothing, 2, and 3 in their titles) Doom games.
After realizing the mistake, they took it off.
