The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess

The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess.

is my favorite Zelda game.

is the most mediocre Zelda game without being bad.

contains Midna booty

is in dire need of a "hard mode" romhack

I thought it was okay, only other Zelda game aside from MM i've completed.

There is the Hero Mode/Ganondorf amiibo combo in HD. Still, doesn't fix the lack of consequence upon a game over or the still too docile AI. At least that combo makes it possible to see the game over screen.

Is the best Zelda game. It’s basically a remix of Ocarina of Time but with more cool minigames, characters, and places to explore.

As you pointed out, TP needs a lot more work than simply increasing damage.

A romhack can do stuff like better enemy placing and better AI.

Worst Zelda game

Rubbish, boring game

*takes deep breath*

>linear as fuck and tons of hand-holding
>cringeworthy cutscenes
>little to no innovation, doesn't even improve the formula from the N64 games
>Link isn't even as mobile as in previous games (Wind Waker Link could crouch and hide)
>filler tear segments
>shitty tryhard atmosphere
>too much expository dialogue
>artstyle that aged like milk
>swimming feels awful
>non-existent difficulty even by 3D Zelda standards
>final boss was predictable and boring
>dungeon design is basically on rails
>worst looking bokoblins in the series
>most enemies are beaten in pretty much the same way: look for an opening, rapidly hit the B button until it recovers from the assault and guards again, rinse, repeat
>crappy story, failed to explain anything in a compelling manner
>NPCs are soulless and not engaging, you can't even interact with most people in Castle Town
>worst battle music in the series, which also ruined the midna's lament segment
>barely any sidequests
>basically no interconnected areas except for Lake Hylia
>Death Mountain Area is a fucking line with no branches or secret areas
>item usage was limited
>potions, fairies, upgrades, and the like are useless and offer no variety
>babby tier puzzles (open the door by shooting an obviously placed eye switch, woooow)
>dull soundtrack
>both the overworld and villages are shallow and not dynamic
>no free-roaming, gotta wait for the plot to explore other areas

If it weren't for Skyward Sword, Twilight Princess would have been the weakest 3D Zelda of all-time.

Stale pasta

You're right about everything but one, SS is better than TP

True pasta. Go dilate, bitch.

nice fucking bait, even if TP is bad, SS is fucking awful. The temples had its moments but holy hell everything else sucks.

hey now... a lot of girls like Zelda games so don't throw around words like that, never know if someone might be lurking that would be emotionally hurt by your thoughtless words.
why not just call him a fag or something instead?

You only like Midna

And thats fine, i do too.

Zelda is a futa in this game

This

I LIKED IT, BUT NOT AS MUCH AS I LIKED WIND WAKER. I THINK I PREFERED THE EXPLORATIVE ELEMENTS COMPARED TO THE HUB DESIGN OF TIWILIGHT PRINCESS

yeah, but midna dried me of my sperm for years

imagine if midna was in a good game

based and mepilled

She was, Twilight Princess.

But my bottom twink battle-hardened silent bf link appears in it so its still good

Please do not shout my cute daughter(boy) link is sleeping

TP is one of the only Zelda's I haven't played, should I emulate the Wii U or the GC ver?

>>Link isn't even as mobile as in previous games (Wind Waker Link could crouch and hide)
other than the twin clawshots, spinner, and wolf form? and all the sword moves?
>filler tear segments
triforce shard quest was 10 times worse
>swimming feels awful
opinion
>non-existent difficulty even by 3D Zelda standards
no 3D zelda has been difficult, this is an irrelevant point
>dungeon design is basically on rails
no true, and reposting the first floor of boos keys doesnt prove anything
>most enemies are beaten in pretty much the same way: look for an opening, rapidly hit the B button until it recovers from the assault and guards again, rinse, repeat
a zelda staple
>NPCs are soulless and not engaging, you can't even interact with most people in Castle Town
you can interact with more than 13 people in castle town, a larger number than most zelda towns
>basically no interconnected areas except for Lake Hylia
bridge of eldin, orin woods, and castle town
>crappy story, failed to explain anything in a compelling manner
and yet Yea Forums was too stupid to see the game alluding to ganon since the EoE cutscene
>barely any sidequests
wrong
>potions, fairies, upgrades, and the like are useless and offer no variety
lantern oil and heart replenishing, what the fuck else are they supposed to do, you idiot
>babby tier puzzles (open the door by shooting an obviously placed eye switch, woooow)
every zelda puzzle ever. Also, temple of time entrance puzzle with the statues
>both the overworld and villages are shallow and not dynamic
castle town is the most alive in the entire series
>no free-roaming, gotta wait for the plot to explore other areas
EVERY. SINGLE. NON.BOTW. ZELDA.EVER

WiiU, it has some little QoL features but fucked up some character models.

i remember how i was stuck at the part where you get your sword and shield as wolf link and have to get past that eagle. i never made it past the eagle and so whenever i reached that point and after many failed attempts i restarted the game and played again from the beginning until that part with the eagle. i dont know to this day what happens after all that although ive played this game a lot.

is to OoT what Link's Awakening was to ALttP

Now THAT'S what I call a shit game

MM would fit that analogy pretty cleanly. TP is its own unique pile of shit.

>EVERY.SINGLE...
Zelda 1?

Last good Zelda and the only good 3D one post-MM.

MM is the one that fits in its own slate despite reusing assets. TP is guided by story progression, you're given the overworld in chunks that serve to provide means for reaching the next level and you have seldom any reason to go back to them; the dungeons themselves have far more thought put into them than other aspects of the game and many consider them the best for their genre in the series. This describes LA to a T, too.
