I think it's relatively unimpactful, the people who stay around suffer from "can't contribute that much to the remainder of the story" syndrome, which isn't much different to telltale.
My assumption is that they will probably contribute heavily to the ending and not much else.

Beside being the group idiot and the most bland girl of the bunch her crowning moments would be in Chapter 2 pre-Main Event, she's all for pushing AI Reko down the hole but when it actually comes to it, she only steals the final push. If you give up on pushing Doll!Reko, she doesn't step in and push her down herself and instead settles for Gin potentially dying. One minute later she shows off her inability to judge character as she provokes Doll!Reko into killing actual Reko.
