Use steams new interactive recommender and set niche to max

Pure chance, by association, asking someone who likes similar games to you for similar reasons, randomly choosing something that seems interesting, branching out of your comfort zone entirely and never trusting overly negative or positive reviews.

Ask a friend.

Is it actually good tho?
I don't have any friends with similar tastes in games.

Then find a reviewer who likes similar games to you, or figure out what you personally like about the games you do like and research others yourself.
Or even just describe what you're looking for and ask total strangers online like you're doing right now.

Salt and Sanctuary?

Already played it several times.

there's Code Vein coming out next month

I'm skeptical about that one but we'll see
